NORTH HARMONY - Developer John McGraw would now like to build a housing subdivision on the land he owns in the Bootey Bay area of Stow along Route 394.

On Tuesday, Dale Robbins, attorney for McGraw, and Todd Saracki, local housing developer, attended the North Harmony Planning Board meeting to discuss the project on behalf of McGraw, who didn't attend. Robbins said...
